BRENT MONTGOMERY

Brent Montgomery is owner and Executive Producer of Leftfield Pictures, in charge of all of Leftfield's programming and development.

He got his start in local news before breaking into entertainment where he got his reality chops producing on over a dozen shows, including The Bachelor, Blind Date and Wife Swap.

Brent is the creator and executive producer of Pawn Stars and is currently executive producing series for History, A&E, Bravo, TLC, Science, Logo and HGTV.

Previously, Brent served as E.P. on The Principal's Office for TruTV, Bridal Bootcamp for Vh1, Happily Ever Faster for TLC and Moving In for MTV.

In 2006 Brent came up with the idea to start "Leftfield Presents," bi-monthly networking parties, as a way to give back to the NYC freelance production community. Recently these parties have exploded and while the bulk of the 200+ attendees are freelancers there's also a healthy mix of network execs, agents and full time employees from NYC production companies.

Brent hails from Texas and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from Texas A&M.
